How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in United Kingdom will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Lixova (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

It has been only one week that we installed it but its seems to be strong enough. We have lot of new friends coming every single day, love it.
Very sturdy! And famous within birds specially chickadees. Now the birds arent even scared if I go closeup to them lol. One downside is the plastic is very smooth so birds waiting for thier turn cannot land on the top or side and grip they slide and fly away. Luckily I have huge trees near me so they just standby if unable to grip the feeder.
The suction cups are pretty strong, strong enough for finches and squirrels at least
It clear to see everything happening from the window as I attached it from the plastic suction cups on each corner and received extra which is a plus +
First ever bird feeder ive bought. Ive had it up for 3 months now on my second floor bedroom window and its been lovely seeing the birds come and visit! Definitely recommend.

I hung this feeder on my window where I was working from home during the pandemic and now Im constantly distracted by the antics of my little birdie friends. The feeder has survived 18 months, the occasional squirrel attack and an eight foot fall. My birdie regulars include sparrows, finches, nuthatches, cardinals, blue jays and a large mourning dove. Once, I noticed a flock of golden crowned kinglets had stopped for a snack on their way south. I take the feeder off and clean it along with the windows maybe twice a year and the suction cups only failed once when the fat neighborhood squirrels have tried to use it. The perch is too high for most of the birds but the smaller ones just stand on the divider and feast. Sometimes they land on the screen to wait their turn in the feeder and our cat jumps up and smacks the glass sending all but the boldest birds flapping. It has been interesting to watch the birds develop a literal pecking order over the nearly two years. The cardinals in the photos are siblings and stayed around the entire time. The male only has use of one leg and sometimes shows up with all of the feathers plucked from his head. Im happy to provide him with a safe place to eat!
We ordered this window bird feeder because our one year old loves to listen for birds. We cut slits in our already old and torn up screen door to our deck and sectioned it on the glass through the slits. Although we get way more squirrel action, including numerous squirrel fights, we have been able to see so many birds up close that we otherwise would never get a chance to see!
Once upon a time there was a girl and her cat. The girl got her windows tinted. She thought wow I should get a bird feeder so my cat can bird watch! Natureana, boom, ordered. One week went by. Nothing. Two weeks. Nothing. The girl was so sad. But one day. BOOM! She heard her cat jump at the window and low and behold. A cardinal. The cardinal is basically their third roommate and loves to come and hangout with the cat and the girl. And they all lived happily ever after!

It took about a month for the birds to discover the feeder but now were filling it every day! House finches, sparrows, the cardinals nesting in our ivy, what a cheerful addition to the kitchen window! As you can see in the picture, even a mourning dove stopped by!
This feeder came with 5 suction cups and only 4 holes, so thanks for the extra. I put it together and carefully cleaned the window before attaching it. Suction cups work best on a freshly cleaned surface. It took about two days before I had my first visit from a black capped chickadee, then the house finches, sparrows and a male cardinal fed at my window. Junkos and starlings will pick up any droppage, so I see quite the variety of birds. Im recommending this highly
Its magical! This feeder allows you to see lots of little birds at your window, its beautiful! I finally managed to take a picture of a little titmouse! It works really well, we have many birds that come every day, I love it! Otherwise, its very easy to use, and it cleans and refilled very easily thanks to a seed drawer.
Very happy with this feeder. It took a while for the birds to discover it but now we have lots of happy visitors! It has held up through some rainy & windy weather. Our cat loves watching the birds come and go.
Its very nice that one can observe the shy birds while they gather for food. I was a bit skeptical whether it would hold up, but it even withstood the last storm. Cant be happier!
Put this up outside my moms door and its so fun! You can see the colorful birds coming in droves to eat, and we even have a stubborn squirrel that likes to visit. We all enjoy it. Sticks well to the glass with the suction cups provided.
Also new people trying feeders. Be patient... it takes ATLEAST 2 weeks (best case) for birds to see your feeder and start visiting it regularly. I bought this 3 weeks ago and have birds visiting since 3-4 days. Also sunflower seeds are a good option for most birds.
